Easter marks the arrival of spring and provides families with an opportunity to enjoy delicious food together.  Donald Russell has been providing families with Easter memories for over 50 years and this year we continue to have the pleasure of providing mealtime memories and luxurious food. 


DRY AGED FRENCH TRIMMED BRITISH LAMB RACK

Grass-fed British lamb rack dry aged on the bone for 7 days to add an extra depth of flavour and tenderness to this luxury roast. Expertly French trimmed by hand in our Aberdeenshire Butchery for an enhanced presentation to crown your table.

CHALK STREAM COLD SMOKED TROUT

Award-winning cold smoked ChalkStream® trout. Fresh fillets are dry cured in salt and demerara sugar before they are traditionally kiln smoked for 8-10 hours over sustainably sourced oak chippings. Once smoked the fillets are matured for two days in a Himalayan salt chamber to produce an exceptional texture and depth of flavour.

CHALK STREAM HOT SMOKED TROUT

Enjoy hot smoked ChalkStream® trout. Fresh fillets are dry cured in salt and demerara sugar before they are traditionally hot smoked in kilns over sustainably sourced oak chippings to produce a deliciously flavoured cooked smoked trout.

BRITISH LAMB LEG WITH GARLIC & ROSEMARY

Tender whole lamb leg hand prepared in our Aberdeenshire butchery for easy carving. Studded with sprigs of rosemary and garlic cloves for a classic blend of flavours.


LUXURY FRENCH TRIMMED LAMB RACK

Our award-winning succulent, grass-fed British lamb rack is French trimmed by hand in our Aberdeenshire Butchery. The bones have been expertly trimmed and exposed, creating a stunning centrepiece to impress your guests.

LAMB WELLINGTON

Enjoy a luxury treat that will impress your guests this Easter. Tender lamb loin, rich mushroom duxelle, parma ham, mint & mustard wrapped by hand in a crisp puff pastry.  A classic handmade Wellington with a twist.


BEEF WELLINGTON

Richly tender, grass-fed British beef fillet matured for up to 28 days, with a generous layer of earthy mushroom duxelles, hand-rolled in our Aberdeenshire butchery with a decorated puff pastry for a luxurious and attractive centrepiece for your Easter feast.

Delight your Easter guests with our award-winning Hand Trimmed Centre Cut Fillet. Premium grass-fed British beef matured for at least 28 days for a deeper flavour and luxuriously buttery texture.

HONEY ROAST SCOTTISH SMOKED SALMON
