delivery policy

At Donald Russell, we aim to provide you with the best quality and service possible. We use national couriers to deliver your order, which is professionally frozen at the peak of perfection at no extra charge then securely packed in our pioneering chilled boxes. This ensures you can enjoy restaurant-quality produce, delivered direct to your door.

Standard delivery

£10.00 standard delivery: all day delivery service, Tuesday - Saturday, to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island address (excluding ZE and HS postcode areas).

On all orders containing products worth over £50 (excludes gift vouchers), to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island address (excluding ZE and HS postcode areas) will be delivered to you for free.

northern ireland and remote areas

Minimum spend for an order sent to Northern Ireland or a remote area is £60.

For orders over £60, delivery to Northern Ireland or a remote area will cost £12.

Remote areas are: The Outer Hebrides, Shetland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and The Isles of Scilly.

earliest delivery date (standard delivery)

We can deliver your order on any day that suits you, from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. The earliest delivery date available is usually no more than two working days from the date you place your order, and is often less, e.g:

Next day delivery (certain postcodes): Order by 10am Monday - Friday, get your order the next day.

Order after 10:00am on Monday, get your order on Wednesday.

Order after 10:00am on Tuesday, get your order on Thursday.

Delivery restrictions on ice cream

Ice cream products cannot be delivered to The Isle of Man, the Channel Islands nor the following postcodes:

IV20 to IV24, IV26, IV28, IV40 to IV56
KW (all)
PA34, PA36 to PA49, PA60 to PA80
PH30 to PH44, PH49, PH50
PO30 to PO41
ZE (all)

Your order will be delivered on the date you choose, between 7.00am and 10.00pm. (the delivery window may be extended during peak times or by force majeure).

We can't give you an exact time for delivery, but we can ask the driver to leave it somewhere safe if you're out. To arrange this, please call us on 01467 629 666 once you have placed your order and we can add these instructions for the courier. This can be somewhere else such as a neighbour's address, or a safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.

You can also arrange delivery to your workplace or to a neighbour or friend if it's more convenient, at no extra charge.
