COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave (based on 800W): pierce film and cook until piping hot for 5 minutes. Carefully stir product, replace film and cook for a further:
From frozen: 4 minutes
From defrosted: 2 minutes
Stir before serving.
Oven: pierce film and cook in preheated oven at 200ºC / fan 180ºC / gas 6 for:
From frozen: 40-45 minutes
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
Stir, leave it to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving suggestion: add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle over grated Parmigiana Reggiano and fresh chopped parsley.
