HOW TO STORE
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pan to oven: remove from packaging and pat dry
with kitchen paper,
leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before
cooking.
Preheat oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 6 and a
heavy based frying or griddle pan.
Once hot, add a little oil to the pan. Sear the
loin all over for 3 minutes.
Place the loin uncovered on a wire rack set
above a roasting tin, place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven.
Cook to your liking following the recommended
times.
Medium: 6-8 minutes
Well Done: 10-12 minutes
Remove from the pan, cover with foil, and leave
to rest in a warm place for at least 5 minutes.
