Simply cook these pork belly strips for a delicately crisp garlic & herb crumb with a depth of flavour and texture.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Leave at room temperature for at least 15 minutes prior to cooking.
Carefully remove the strips from the packaging. Lay the strips on a wire rack set upon a baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once half way through the cooking time. If the crumb has a rich deep colour before the cooking time is complete, cover loosely with foil and continue to cook until piping hot.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
