Tender and juicy pork ribs, marinated in a rich blend of warming spices and sticky, hot honey. These fall off the bone ribs pair with a creamy homemade Potato Salad for a simple meal packed full of fresh flavours.

Pork loin rib (74%), marinade (26%) (apple juice from concentrate (water,apple juice), honey (15%), salt, sugar, red pepper, onion, smoked paprika, garlic, fennel, coriander, anise, cinnamon, cloves, chilli, turmeric, citric acid, honey powder, anti-caking silicon dioxide).Dijon MUSTARD (spirit vinegar, water, MUSTARD flour (10.5%), brown MUSTARD seeds (8.6%), salt, white MUSTARD husk (2.6%), thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (sodium METABISULPHITE)).Chipotle chilli flakes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4.
Carefully remove the rib from the packaging, place into a neat fitting baking tray, add all the liquid from the pack as this will form the glaze as the rib cooks, cover the tray with greaseproof paper then foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes.
Remove from oven, increase oven temperature to 200°C fan.
Carefully remove coverings, baste with the cooking liquor then return to the oven uncovered and cook for 10-15 minutes, basting occasionally until tender and the glaze has reduced & become sticky, spread the reduced glaze over the ribs prior to serving.
If it has become too reduced add a touch of boiling water and stir through.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
