COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Oven: preheat oven to 180°C / 160 fan / gas 4. Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat in the centre of the oven for 105-110 minutes. Remove casing and clips before serving.
Microwave: (800W)
Remove outer packaging, casing and clips. Cut the haggis into pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat for 12 - 15 minutes, stirring once during cooking and before serving. For different powered ovens adjust time accordingly.
Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
