Celebrate Burns Night with our Traditional Family Haggis, crafted using traditional recipes and locally sourced from Speyside. Made for sharing, this hearty dish delivers a rich flavour full of Scottish heritage.

Back for Burns Night, our premium Haggis is easy to prepare and pairs perfectly with neeps and tatties for a high-quality, traditional Burns Supper!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Oven: preheat oven to 180°C / 160 fan / gas 4. Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat in the centre of the oven for 105-110 minutes. Remove casing and clips before serving.

Microwave: (800W)
Remove outer packaging, casing and clips. Cut the haggis into pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat for 12 - 15 minutes, stirring once during cooking and before serving. For different powered ovens adjust time accordingly.
