Product description
One of the most famous sausages in Britain. Traditionally flavoured with pepper and sage, this classic sausage is a delicious choice for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
INGREDIENTS
Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in CAPITALS.
Pork (70%), water, rice flakes, seasoning (salt, spices, sage, stabiliser: sodium triphosphate, dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, yeast extract, flavourings: spice and herb extracts, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into collagen casings.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan. Once hot, add the sausages and cook on a medium heat for 15-17 minutes, turning occasionally and searing all over.
Grill:
Preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook on the middle shelf for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
