    Each pack is vacuum-sealed and frozen, then shipped with dry ice to maintain the ideal temperature throughout transit.

    Keep frozen at -18°C or below until use. Once defrosted, store in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

    If you’d like smaller portions, divide the pack while still partially frozen and rewrap in airtight packaging before returning to the freezer.
