Whole MILK, free range liquid EGG, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), mature cheese (anti-caking agent: potato starch) (MILK), smoked salmon trim (12%) (FISH), creme fraiche (9%) (MILK, cream, MILK solids, modified corn starch, lactic culture, potassium sorbate), unsalted butter (MILK), full fat cream cheese (MILK, cream, skim MILK solids, salt, starch, lactic culture, potassium sorbate), water, IQF chives, lemon juice (SULPHITES), caster sugar, salt, cracked black pepper, ground black pepper.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil. Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 140°C fan / gas 3. Place the quiche onto the preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 60-65 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
