Whole MILK, free range liquid EGG, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), tomatoes (10%), smoked bacon (9%) (pork, salt, sugar, preservatives (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)), diced onion 10mm, mature cheese (9%) (MILK) (anti-caking agent: potato starch), unsalted butter (MILK), water, rapeseed oil (anti-foaming agent (polydimethylsiloxane)), cracked black pepper, caster sugar, salt.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil.
Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 140°C fan / Gas 3.
Place the quiche onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 70 - 80 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
