Our delicious sausages are created from tender, tasty pork . Seasoned with black pepper, they have that well-known Cumberland flavour. Made into a traditional spiral, they are a firm favourite.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove the skewered sausages from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature.
Preheat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium-high temperature. Brush the sausages with oil. Sear for 3½-4 minutes per side. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Pork (82%), water, rice flakes, salt, spices, sage, stabiliser: sodium triphosphate, dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, yeast extract, flavourings: spice and herb extracts, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Filled into natural sheep casings.
