Made with 90% British outdoor bred pork, these traditional Lincolnshire sausages are delicately seasoned with fragrant sage, parsley, warming spices and a hint of mace to create their distinctive Lincolnshire flavour. Filled into a traditional natural casing, they offer a succulent texture and rich, savoury taste, making them perfect for breakfast, brunch or family dinners.

From Defrosted

Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, so these are guidelines only.

Oven:
Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven at 170°C Fan / 190°C Electric / Gas Mark 5. Cook for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Grill:
Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for 18–22 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned.

Important: Ensure the sausages are thoroughly cooked, piping hot throughout, with no pink meat remaining and the juices running clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
