At Donald Russell, we aim to provide you with the best quality and service possible. We use national couriers to deliver your order, which is professionally frozen at the peak of perfection at no extra charge then securely packed in our pioneering chilled boxes. This ensures you can enjoy restaurant-quality produce, delivered direct to your door.

Standard delivery

  • £10 standard delivery: all day delivery service, Tuesday - Saturday, to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island address (excluding remote areas as detailed below).
  •  On all orders containing products worth over £50 (excludes gift vouchers), to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island address (excluding remote areas as detailed below) will be delivered to you for free.     
  • Northern Ireland - We sincerely apologise but the shipments to Northern Ireland are currently suspended until further notice
  • Remote areas are: The Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, Skye, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Western Scotland Islands and The Isles of Scilly.
  • The following postcodes are also classed as remote delivery areas: BT1-BT7, BT27-BT29, BT36-BT44, BT53-BT58, BT60-BT67, BT18-BT26, BT30-BT35, BT74, BT92-BT94, BT45-BT49, BT51, BT55, BT68-BT71, BT75, BT77-BT82, GY1-GY9, JE1-JE4, IV41-IV49, IV51-IV56, KW15-KW17, ZE1-ZE3, PO30-PO41, PA31, PA34, PA42-PA49, PA60-PA69 & PA70-PA.

For orders going to PL & TR postcodes, although we do our best to ensure a 1 day delivery time, they may be subject to 2 day deliveries occasionally.

collection from Inverurie, aberdeenshire

You can collect your order from our offices in Inverurie if you are local to the area. Place your order online or over the phone up until 4pm the day before you wish to collect. Choose collection at the delivery stage of online checkout.

 

Orders can be collected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm on the day of your choosing. Please collect from Donald Russell, Harlaw Road, Inverurie, AB51 4FR.

 

Please bring a bag when collecting your order as it will be supplied frozen, in a tray.

collection from Inverurie, aberdeenshire

Your order will be delivered on the date you choose, between 7.00am and 10.00pm. (the delivery window may be extended during peak times or by force majeure).

We can't give you an exact time for delivery, but we can ask the driver to leave it somewhere safe if you're out. To arrange this, please call us on 01467 629 666 once you have placed your order and we can add these instructions for the courier. This can be somewhere else such as a neighbour's address, or a safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.

You can also arrange delivery to your workplace or to a neighbour or friend if it's more convenient, at no extra charge.

Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays. You can always see the next available delivery date on our delivery date calendar at checkout, but if you are in any doubt, please feel free to call us on 01467 629 666 and we'll answer any queries you might have.
