Cooking instructions
Allow product to defrost for at least 24 hours in the fridge. Once fully defrosted remove all packaging and place skewers onto a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Wrap the handle of the skewers in a little foil to protect whilst cooking.
Preheat grill on a medium setting and cook the skewers on the middle shelf for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked fully, turn halfway through cooking time. Check the juices run clear when the thickest parts are pierced with a skewer, if not keep cooking for another minute and check again.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
