Our customer-favourite sausage rolls with a nostalgic twist of a traditional ploughman's lunch. Juicy seasoned sausagemeat, blended with a tangy apple & ale chutney & rich vintage cheese all encased in crisp puff pastry.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6.
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheated oven at 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7.
Remove sausage rolls from pack, place on a lightly oiled baking tray. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk and a touch of cream.
Cook from frozen: 30-35 minutes.
Cook from defrosted: 23-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
