Product description
Deliciously crispy, British haddock goujons with an added flavour of zesty lemon and a subtle pepper kick. These are perfect for a tasty midweek meal.
HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging.
Deep fry: preheat the oil to 180°C
Carefully place in the goujons and fry for 3 Í 5 minutes until fully cooked and piping hot throughout.
Pan fry: preheat a frying pan on a medium to high heat, add enough oil so you can shallow fry. Using tongs carefully place in the goujons and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning carefully frequently to fry on all sides.
Oven: preheat oven with a baking tray inside to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7
Lightly oil the preheated tray then place the goujons on it in a single layer.
Place any smaller pieces in the centre of the tray.
Cook on the top shelf for 12 - 15 minutes.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
