Smoked haddock, leek and mature Cheddar mixed with mashed potato and in natural breadcrumbs. These Mini Fish Cakes are delicious at any buffet.

Smoked haddock (27%) (FISH) (haddock (FISH), salt, natural colours: annatto, turmeric), potato, rapeseed oil, natural breadcrumbs (WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour (WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt, yeast), batter (water, WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour (WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine)), leeks (7%), mature cheddar cheese (6%) (skimmed MILK, salt, enzymes), dijon MUSTARD (4%) (water, MUSTARD seeds, spirit vinegar, sea salt, preservative: sodium hydrogen SULPHITE), chives, salt, pepper, parsley.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging.
Oven: preheat oven with a baking tray inside to 200°C fan / gas 7.
Lightly oil the preheated baking tray and carefully place on the fish cakes, cook in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes turning halfway through.
Leave to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Deep fry from frozen: preheat the oil to 180°C and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot throughout.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
