Cod (FISH) (40%), Fortified Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Potato, Rapeseed Oil, Double Cream (MILK), Potato Flake, Whole MILK, Full Fat Soft Cheese (MILK), Single Cream (MILK), Parsley, Salt, Potato Starch, WHEAT Starch, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion Powder, Paprika, Modified Maize Starch, FISH Gelatine, Stabiliser (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Butter (MILK), Lemon Juice, Garlic Purée, MUSTARD Powder, White Pepper, Yeast, WHEAT Gluten, Pepper, Garlic.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results cook from frozen in the oven.
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray.
Cook in the middle of the oven for 32-34 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
