It’s never too early to start planning your Christmas. We’d recommend ordering ahead so that you can secure all your festive favourites before the rush, with plenty of time to plan your menu. Since all our products arrive frozen, you can easily order well in advance and simply store them safely until you’re ready to defrost and cook.

Each of our centrepieces, such as turkey, beef, lamb, or pork roasts, comes with a suggested serving size to help you plan for your table. For sides and trimmings, it really depends on your guests’ appetites and the number of dishes you’re serving, we don’t specify portions for these, but it’s always best to have a little extra for seconds (or Boxing Day leftovers!).

Absolutely. All our items are sold separately, so you can create a Christmas menu that suits your celebration, whether that’s a traditional turkey dinner, a beef roast with rich trimmings, or even a seafood-inspired feast!

A little planning goes a long way. When your order arrives, place everything straight into the freezer until you’re ready to use it. Then, follow the defrosting guidelines on each product page, typically, this means defrosting overnight or in the fridge according to instructions.

To stay organised, it helps to:

  • Defrost meats first, as they take the longest.
  • Prepare sides or desserts that can be made ahead of time.
  • Leave room in your fridge for items that need to chill once defrosted.
  • Yes, each of our products comes with clear cooking guidelines on the label and online. We have some recipes on our blog, and you’ll find linked recommended products on each product listing.

    The secret is to plan backwards from your serving time. Start by working out how long your main roast takes, then schedule your sides to go into the oven or pan while it’s resting. Because many of our sides are pre-prepared, you can simply heat them while carving your roast, ensuring everything reaches the table piping hot and perfectly timed.

    Your order should arrive frozen and in perfect condition. If anything seems amiss, such as packaging damage, defrosting, or missing items, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible via our Contact Us page.

    When your delivery arrives, unpack it straight away and place all items directly into your freezer. Our packaging includes dry ice and insulated materials to keep everything perfectly frozen for up to 48 hours from dispatch, ensuring your food stays safe and delicious until you’re ready to cook.

    Definitely, we’re all for making the most of every bite! Leftover turkey, beef, or ham can easily be turned into pies, sandwiches, curries, or soups for Boxing Day and beyond.
