Product description

A Donald Russell customer favourite with over 5,500 five-star reviews for a reason. Made with our award-winning, juicy, British Minced Steak, and Minced Pork, here in our Aberdeenshire butchery. This family-pleasing dish has been slow-cooked in a tomato, red wine and herb ragu, layered with creamy Béchamel sauce, Cheddar and Red Leicester cheeses.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

This product is not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove film and place it, still in its black tray, on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 until piping hot for:

From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
From frozen: 50-55 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with fresh bread and crunchy salads or sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan.
