Garlic Bread

Stuck on what to serve with lasagne, spaghetti, or any other dishes? When choosing sides for our premium meals it is hard to beat warm garlic bread and a simple green salad.


  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g salted butter (softened)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh  parsley, chopped
  • 1 French baguette, or large ciabatta, sliced part way through at one inch (2.5 cm) intervals


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and push into the slits in the bread
  2. Loosely wrap with tin foil and bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Tear apart whilst still hot and use the last bit to clean the plate!
