Beautifully marinated and slow-cooked for a mouth-watering flavour and texture combination.

This beef short rib is slow-cooked for over 10 hours for the ultimate convenience, intense flavour and tender finish.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Leave the product for 20 minutes at room temperature in its bag prior to roasting. Remove all packaging and place bone side down, with all fat and liquid onto a baking tray.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 for:

700g
From defrosted: 40-45 minutes
From frozen: 50-55 minutes

From defrosted: 65-70 minutes
From frozen: 90-95 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Please Note: Once cooked, the pan juices will be concentrated and highly flavoured. To use as a gravy, dilute to taste with water, light stock or wine.
