Product description
Scottish whole haddock fillets, responsibly sourced from the pristine waters off North East Scotland for exceptional quality. These delicate, flaky white fillets offer a naturally mild, slightly sweet flavour gently enhanced with a golden coating of toasted natural breadcrumbs. Perfect for a comforting British fish supper, especially when paired with our signature Alpine Fries. Part of historic Aberdeenshire, the humble fishing village of Whitehills is located on the Moray Firth, only a few miles from Banff. Established as a fishing village in the 1700s, historic knowledge and experience have been passed down through generations to today’s fishermen, catching only the best that the North Sea has to offer.
