Enjoy our 3-star Great Taste Award winning Barnsley Lamb Chop, traditionally matured juicy grass-fed British lamb fillet and loin in one generously portioned chop. These chops are matured on the bone in our Aberdeenshire butchery for at least 10 days for a rich, full-bodied flavour and succulent tenderness.
Our customer-favourite Pork Chops deliver a natural sweetness and buttery finish that make every meal memorable. Hand-cut in our Aberdeenshire butchery, these chops are best pan fried for a golden caramelisation that gives way to succulent meat within.

Cooking instructions
Remove the chop from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking following the recommended times.
Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute.
Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
