COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
All appliances vary - check food is piping hot before serving Our curries are best cooked from frozen.
OVEN: Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film 3 times. Place on tray in centre of oven and heat for 45 mins, stirring after 20 mins. Rest for 2 minutes before serving
MICROWAVE: (850w)
Remove sleeve and pierce film 3 times. Microwave at full power for 3 mins, stir gently and microwave for another 3 mins. Rest for 2 minutes before serving
