An indulgent festive twist on our classic, Donald Russell customer favourite sausage rolls.
Our own pork sausagemeat enriched with a mild creamy brie, encased in a delicately crisp puff pastry that has been lightly brushed with cranberry sauce.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6.
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7.
Remove sausage rolls from pack, place on a lightly oiled baking tray. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk and a touch of cream.
Cook from frozen for: 30-35 minutes.
Cook from defrosted for: 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
