Steak, Cheese & Chipotle Chilli Burgers
Beef (86%), vintage red Leicester cheese (10%) (MILK, colour (annatto norbixin)), gluten free breadcrumb (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt dextrose), smoked paprika, salt, chipotle chilli flakes, chilli powder.
Pork, Red Pepper & Hot Honey Sausages
Sausage meat (65%) (pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative (sodium SULPHITE), ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)), red bell pepper (4.0%), honey (1.7%), chipotle chilli flakes, garlic puree, smoked paprika. Chimichurri Sirloin Steaks
Beef (95%), chimichurri blend (sea salt, tomato pieces (tomato, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, maize starch), spices (paprika, pepper, chillies, cumin), herbs (oregano, thyme, basil, bay leaves, parsley), garlic).
Bratwurst Style Jumbo Pork Sausages
Pork (97%), salt, ground black pepper, dried marjoram, preservative (sodium metabiSULPHITE), ground nutmeg, ground coriander, ground allspice. Filled in natural hog casings.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Steak & Caramelised Onion Burgers,
Cooking guidelines per burger from defrosted: remove the burger from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat a heavy based frying pan to a medium temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush each side of the burger with oil. Cook the burgers for 10 -11 minutes, turning occasionally and searing all over. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out. Remove from the pan when fully cooked, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.
Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan. Add the sausages and cook on a medium heat for 15-17 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook on the middle shelf for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.

Chimichurri Sirloin Steaks
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: carefully remove the steak from its packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. Preheat a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan on a medium - high setting. Once hot add a little oil to the pan, you need enough oil to fry the coating and to ensure it does not stick.
Cook to your liking following the below guide, turn carefully occasionally as you cook:
Medium rare to medium: 1-1 minutes
Well done: 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the pan when cooked and leave to rest somewhere warm for 1-2 minutes. Slice thinly before serving.
Size and thickness of steak may vary adjust timings accordingly.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. If required separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
