Product description
These Chicken Mini Breast Fillets grill quickly, making them perfect for an easy midweek meal. Chicken is naturally low in fat and calories while also being packed with protein, so simply grill or fry and serve with a light salad or grilled vegetables, or add to a stir fry, for a delicious and healthy meal. Chicken is also an excellent meat to try out different spices and herbs due to the delicate flavour of the meat. For an easy Mediterranean style marinade, mix Italian style herbs with olive oil and lemon juice to marinade the meat. Then simply grill and serve with a couscous salad.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: sear in a hot pan for 1-1 1/2 minutes per side, remove and allow to rest for a few minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables or a salad.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
