INGREDIENTS

Cod (FISH) (66%), wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), rapeseed oil, water, potato starch, WHEAT starch, extra virgin olive oil, salt, paprika, WHEAT gluten, cider vinegar, sugar, dried onion, white pepper, stabiliser (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), yeast, dried garlic. May contain bones.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results cook from frozen in the oven.
Preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Remove all packaging. Place cod fillet on a preheated baking tray.
Cook in the middle of the oven for 30-32 minutes.
Please ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
