It comes down to how you plan to cook it. If your recipe is quick and you want the meat to blend smoothly into a sauce, such as a spaghetti bolognese, cottage pie, or chilli, then mince is the way to go. It cooks evenly, browns well, and takes on flavours beautifully.

Diced beef, on the other hand, is perfect for heartier, slow-cooked dishes, such as a casserole, stew, or curry. If your recipe calls for a long simmer, diced beef will reward you with rich, hearty results.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. The earliest delivery date is usually no more than two working days from placing your order, often less. We also offer next-day delivery on most orders placed Monday to Friday before 10am, however, at the moment, we don’t offer overnight delivery.

Both arrive frozen to keep them at their best. Pop them straight into your freezer at -18°C or below until you’re ready to cook.

When you want to use them, defrost slowly in the fridge overnight. Once thawed, don’t re-freeze, just keep in the fridge and cook within 24 hours.

No, both our beef mince and diced beef products are available without seasoning. We keep it simple, so that you can enjoy our beef exactly as is: pure, grass-fed British beef with nothing added.
