Product description
Traditionally cured streaky bacon, ready to crisp in the pan for a delicious BLT sandwich. Try it chopped finely through a beef casserole for an extra burst of flavour.
HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat a lightly oiled frying pan to medium.
Add bacon and fry for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway.
Cook for longer if you prefer it crispy.
