These make the perfect smash burger, simply press down on the grill to form a delicious crust and serve with your favourite toppings. We love a homemade Rainbow Slaw and our signature Alpine Fries for an unforgettable meal.
HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burger from the packaging and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat a heavy based frying pan on a medium - high setting, once hot add the burger and sear all over for 2 minutes then drop the temperature to medium. Cook the burgers for a further 6 - 7 minutes, turning carefully occasionally. Don't press down whilst cooking as this can dry them out. Remove from the pan when cooked cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
