Our beef burgers contain different quantities of fat, dependent on the burger:

  • British Beef Burgers: 5% fat - 15g fat in 300g pack
  • British Sirloin Steak Burger: 6.5% fat - 11.1g fat in 170g burger
  • British Ribeye Steak Burger: 9.3% fat - 15.8g fat in 170g burger
  • British Fillet Steak Burger: 4.4% fat - 7.4g fat in 170g burger

    • All of our products are blast frozen and shipped with dry ice to ensure ingredients remain fresh.

    Yes, all of our products are delivered frozen, so we recommend that if you won’t be cooking it within the next day or so, then it’s best to pop it straight into the freezer.

    We recommend thawing all of our products in the fridge, preferably overnight and then cooking within 24 hours.
