Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

2 Handmade Pork Pies
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat the oven with a baking tray to 180°C fan / gas 6.
Remove pie from outer packaging but leave the pie within the foil. Brush the pie lid with beaten egg. Place the pie onto the preheated baking tray and place in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Turn the temperature down to 160°C fan / gas 5 and bake for a further 15-20 minutes. If the pastry has a rich deep colour before the cooking time is complete, cover loosely with foil and continue to cook until piping hot.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Place the quiche onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 70 - 80 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside to fan 230°C / gas 9. Remove the Wellingtons from packaging.
Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg yolk and a spot of cream. Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper.
Lightly oil the preheated tray. Place on the Wellingtons, spacing them out to allow an even cook.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 11 -12 minutes.
Remove from the oven rest for a minute and serve.
