COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Mini Beef Wellingtons
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside to fan 230°C / gas 9. Remove the Wellingtons from packaging.
Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg yolk and a spot of cream. Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper.
Lightly oil the preheated tray. Place on the Wellingtons, spacing them out to allow an even cook.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 11 -12 minutes.
Remove from the oven rest for a minute and serve.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Deep Filled Quiche Lorraine
Remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil.
Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 140°C fan / Gas 3.
Place the quiche onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 70 - 80 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

Honey & Mustard Glazed Pork Belly Slices
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4.
Leave at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Carefully remove the strips from the packaging, lay them on a foil lined baking tray, pour over all the liquid from the pack as this will form the glaze, loosely cover with foil.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, increase the oven temperature to 180°C then carefully remove the foil, baste then return to the oven uncovered and continue to cook for 15 -20 minutes until tender and the glaze has become sticky.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Pork Cocktail Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.

Lamb Koftas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 10 minutes before cooking, remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature. Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas. Cook the koftas for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
