HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.
Bring a large pan of salted water to a gentle simmer. You can also add other seasonings to the water, such as bay leaves, black peppercorns and lemon slices.
Rinse the lobster quickly in cold running water.
Add the whole lobster to the pot ensuring it is fully covered in water and simmer gently for 7-8 minutes.
Remove the lobster from the pan when cooked and allow to cool before preparing.
