COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
All appliances vary - check food is piping hot before serving our Bhajis are best cooked in the oven from frozen.
OVEN: Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas mark 5. Remove bhajis from tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, turning half way. Rest for 2 minutes before serving Defrost pakora sauce at room temperature or 20 seconds in microwave.
INGREDIENTS
onions (55%), gram flour (25%), chilli powder, madras curry powder, garam masala, salt, ginger & garlic paste, water, rapeseed oil (contains anti foaming agent), turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ajwain (carom seeds). Madras curry powder contains: coriander, cumin, turmeric, lentil, chilli, MUSTARD, black pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cassia, fenugreek, garlic, salt, fennel. Garam masala contains: coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, fennel, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, green cardamom, sunflower oil. May contain gluten, milk, peanuts and nuts.
Pakora Dip (50g) : onions (55%), mango chutney (10%) (mango, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chilli, acetic acid), tomato puree (10%), mixed peppers, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, water.
