Cheesecake made with lemon and stem ginger, topped with sweet meringue and white chocolate. This soft, creamy cheesecake has the classic flavour combination of lemon and ginger, offset with pieces of sweet meringue and luxurious white chocolate for an indulgent dessert.

Reduced fat soft cheese (36.6%) (skimmed MILK, cream (MILK), salt, modified tapioca starch, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, anti-caking agent), caster sugar (13.5%), biscuit crumb (11.2%) (wholemeal WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour fortified with calcium, iron, vitamins B1&B3, sunflower, RSPO palm & rapeseed oils, sugar, sodium & ammonium bicarbonates, tartaric & malic acids, disodium diphosphate, partially inverted sugar syrup, salt, whey (MILK), malt extract (BARLEY)) (GLUTEN, WHEAT (GLUTEN), Barley, MILK, SOYA), full fat soft cheese (MILK), whole EGG, cream (MILK)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost & Serve: remove from box, cover loosely and defrost for approximately 10-12 hours in fridge or approximatley 3 hours at room temperature.
Remove the collar prior to serving.
Once defrosted, store in refrigerator and consume within 72 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Chef's tip: portion with a warmed knife, once the cheesecake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
