This soft, creamy cheesecake has the classic flavour combination of lemon and ginger, offset with pieces of sweet meringue and luxurious white chocloate for an indulgent dessert.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Defrost & Serve: remove from box, cover loosely and defrost for approximately 10-12 hours in fridge or approximatley 3 hours at room temperature.
Remove the collar prior to serving.
Once defrosted, store in refrigerator and consume within 72 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Chef's tip: portion with a warmed knife, once the cheesecake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
