- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove outer packaging and the plastic sleeve.
Pan fry: preheat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Lightly oil the pan and fry the haggis slices for 7-8 minutes turning carefully once.
