HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: defrost in fridge overnight.
Microwave (based on an 800W): remove outer packaging and the casing. Cut the haggis into four pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat for 3« - 4 minutes, stirring once during cooking and again before serving.
Pan fry: remove casing and cut into 2cm slices. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Lightly oil the pan and fry the haggis slices for 7-8 minutes turning carefully once.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
