Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Rinse quickly in cold water, then allow to come to room temperature. Preheat Oven: 190°C / fan 170°C / gas 5 Place joint in a roasting tin, wrap the exposed meat in foil, leave the rind uncovered. Place onto the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes. Remove the foil about 20-30 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Allow to rest somewhere warm for at least 30-35 minutes before serving.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Roasted Baby Potatoes with Garlic Butter & Parmesan
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a tray inside to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove film lid.
Carefully place the potatoes on to the preheated tray in a single layer and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Gently turn the potatoes halfway through cooking time to coat in butter.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Roasted Parsnips with Honey & Mustard
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Preheat oven 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Remove film lid and place the tray onto a baking tray.
Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 35 - 45 minutes,stirring halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving,
stir through carefully prior to serving. Season to taste.
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7
Remove film lid and place the tray onto a baking tray.
Place in the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving, stir through carefully prior to serving. Season to taste
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Pork Chipolata Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to a high heat. Lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Panko Crusted Queen Scallops
Cooking guidelines from frozen.
For best results deep fry: preheat oil to 175°C
Remove scallops from the packaging and carefully place into the hot oil and fry for up to four minutes until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Once cooked lift out and drain on some folded kitchen paper. Serve immediately.
Grill from frozen: preheat grill on a high heat.
Oil a flat baking sheet add the scallops in a single layer and brush them with oil.
Cook on the middle shelf of the grill for 5 minutes. Remove from the grill turn carefully and add more oil if required so they fry lightly, cook for a further 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Serve immediately. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from frozen:
Oven: preheat oven with a shallow baking tray inside to 220 / 200°C fan / gas 7.
Oil the heated tray, place the black pudding bonbons directly on it, return to centre of the oven, cook for 15 -16 minutes turning halfway through the cooking time.
Toast lightly under a grill if required
