COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Beef Wellingtons
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: carefully remove from the packaging, leaving on the baking paper. Allow to come to room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 230°C / fan 220°C / gas 8 with a baking tray inside.
Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk. Place the wellington (still on baking paper) onto the preheated baking tray and cook for:
Rare: 15 minutes
Medium: 20 minutes
Well done: 25 minutes
Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving by carefully lifting the wellington from the baking paper.
Dauphinoise Potatoes
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Preheat oven 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Remove film lid and place the tray onto a baking tray.
Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 35 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: Preheat oven 200°C/ fan 180°C/ gas 6
Pierce film lid several times and place the tray onto a baking tray.
Place in the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 35 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving, stir through carefully prior to serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
