Product description

British pulled pork shoulder with Bramley apples, sage, and onion, encased in an all-butter puff pastry. Handcrafted in Yorkshire, this exquisite Artisan Hog Roast Crown’s pastry is perfected over three days, forming up to 2,500 delicate layers for a golden, flaky finish. Each bite delivers rich, meaty flavour, with bursts of sweet apple, subtle herbs, and a satisfying crunch.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat the oven with a baking tray inside to 200°C fan / gas 7.

Remove all packaging. Lightly oil the preheated tray and carefully place the sharer on it then return it to the centre of your oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 180°C / gas 6 and cook for a further 20-25 minutes.

If the pastry has a rich, golden colour before the cooking time is complete, cover loosely with foil and continue to cook until piping hot. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
