Handmade from our own grass-fed British beef and delicately seasoned for a delicious flavour. Try our beef sausages cooked slowly with root vegetables in a hearty casserole.
INGREDIENTS

Beef (76%), Pork (5%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), parsley, onion, seasoning (salt, dextrose, rusk (prepared from fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, raising agent: (ammonium bicarbonate), stabiliser: (potassium phosphate, preservative: (sodium SULPHITE), flavourings, antioxidant: (ascorbic acid), colour: (cochineal)). Filled into natural pork sausage casings.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
