Traditional mincemeat made with sweet fruits and seasonal spices enclosed in shortbread pastry. This beautifully crumbly shortbread pastry is handmade by a local craft baker in Aberdeenshire and generously filled with delicious mincemeat.

Mincemeat 40% (Sugar, vine fruits in varying proportions (sultanas, raisins with glazing agent (cotton oil, sunflower oil)), apples, apple puree, water, vegetable suet (palm oil (rspo), sunflower oil, rice flour), starch, cut mixed peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), mixed spice (coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, fennel, nutmeg), acetic acid, colour (Caramel), preservative (Potassium Sorbate ), flavour (cinnamon))
Pastry 60% WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (MILK), sugar, palm oil (rspo), rapeseed oil, water, salt, flavourings. May also contain eggs and soya.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
To thaw the mince pies remove them from the packaging and stand on a wire rack at room temperature for an hour.
Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place pies on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 6 - 8 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Dust lightly with icing sugar before serving.
