Product description

Enjoy a mouth-watering, classic dinner for two featuring our luxurious Crown Selection 97% Pork Sausages. Perfectly paired with our Yorkshire Petit Pois and Buttery Mashed Potato.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Butcher's Pork Sausages

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan. Add the sausages and cook on a medium heat for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook on the middle shelf for 12-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.

Buttery Mashed Potato

Cooking guidelines (based on 800W): pierce the film lid several times and cook for 5 minutes.

Carefully stir product, replace film lid and cook for a further 3 minutes from frozen or 2 minutes from defrost.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Yorkshire Petit Pois

For best results cook from frozen: Microwave (based on 750watt): remove all packaging.

Place 160g in a non-metallic bowl and add 2 x 15ml (2-3tbsp) water and cover.

Cook on full power 2 and half minutes, remove cover and stir, re-cover and cook for a further 2 and half minutes.

Hob: remove all packaging.

Place in boiling water, lightly salted if desired.

Pork (70%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into collagen casings.

Buttery Mashed Potato

potatoes (69%), single cream (MILK), butter pellets (salted butter (MILK), ground black pepper), salt, ground nutmeg.
