These easy to prepare spicy pakora ensure you can have a taste of this South Asian snack at any time of day with minimal fuss. Perfect as a starter for any curry night at home.
All appliances vary, check food is piping hot before serving.
Our pakoras are best cooked in the oven from frozen.
Oven: fan 170°C/ electric 190°C/gas mark 5
Remove pakoras from tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, turning half way. Rest for 2 minutes before serving
Defrost the pakora sauce at room temperature, or for 20 seconds in a microwave.

Madras curry powder contains: coriander, cumin, turmeric, lentil, chilli, MUSTARD, black bepper, bay leaves, cloves, cassia, fenugreek, garlic, salt, fennel. Garam masala contains: coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, fennel, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, green cardamom, sunflower oil.
