These easy to prepare spicy pakora ensure you can have a taste of this South Asian snack at any time of day with minimal fuss. Perfect as a starter for any curry night at home.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
All appliances vary, check food is piping hot before serving.
Our pakoras are best cooked in the oven from frozen.
Oven: fan 170°C/ electric 190°C/gas mark 5
Remove pakoras from tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, turning half way. Rest for 2 minutes before serving
Defrost the pakora sauce at room temperature, or for 20 seconds in a microwave.
INGREDIENTS
Gram flour (20%), carrot (12%), peas (12%), beans (8%), onions (8%), sweetcorn, broad beans, chili powder, garam masala, madras curry powder, salt, ginger & garlic paste, water, rapeseed oil (contains anti foaming agent), turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander seeds. Madras curry powder contains: coriander, cumin, turmeric, lentil, chilli, MUSTARD, black bepper, bay leaves, cloves, cassia, fenugreek, garlic, salt, fennel. Garam masala contains: coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, fennel, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, green cardamom, sunflower oil.
Ginger and Garlic Paste contains: ginger, garlic, rapeseed oil, water.
Pakora Dip (50g):
Onions (55%), mango chutney (10%) (mango, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chill, acetic
acid), tomato puree (10%), mixed peppers, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, water.
May contain gluten, milk, peanuts and nuts.
