The chcicken is then coated in a naturally gluten-free chickpea batter before being delicately fried. The result is tender, juicy chicken with a savoury, spicy, and crisp coating that will transport you to the vibrant streets of India. A perfect starter for any Indian feast.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
All appliances vary - check food is piping hot before serving Our Bhajis & Pakoras are best cooked in the oven from frozen.
OVEN: Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas mark 5. Remove bhajis/pakoras from tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, turning half way. Rest for 2 minutes before serving Defrost pakora sauce at room temperature or 20 seconds in microwave.
