Product description

Rich venison sausage with a dash of whisky, and wrapped by hand in delicious smoked bacon. A luxurious Scottish twist on a classic festive trimming.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook on the top shelf for 12-14 minutes until cooked through. Turn occasionally.

Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C fan / gas 6. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 14-16 minutes until fully cooked and piping hot throughout. Turn occasionally.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
