Juicy pork belly slices in a delicate honey and mustard glaze, for a delicious flavour combination. Cooking these slice develops the glaze for a slightly sweet and warming flavour.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4.
Leave at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Carefully remove the strips from the packaging, lay them on a foil lined baking tray, pour over all the liquid from the pack as this will form the glaze, loosely cover with foil.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, increase the oven temperature to 180°C then carefully remove the foil, baste then return to the oven uncovered and continue to cook for 15 -20 minutes until tender and the glaze has become sticky.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
